A: Allow . Allow your self to feel. Allow the tension to be there. Period.

I: Investigate. Get curious about the feeling, tension, just look at it, feel it...

N: Not labeling.. non identifying. Let your self sit there. Or walk! Feel it. Emotions are waves : they wash, they roll, they move....they don't last!

Let it RAIN. It will stop. Don't try to make it stop...
